Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Prathamesh Enterprises ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Roarr (the "Platform"). We have built the Platform to collect as little personal data as possible.

1. Information we collect

• Nickname — a display name you choose. It need not be your real name.
• Approximate location (city-level) — derived once from your IP address, or from your device location if you grant permission, solely to place a single dot on the map. We keep the city, not your street, and we do not track your movements.
• Email address and mobile number — collected only if you voluntarily provide them in exchange for a promotional benefit (e.g. free premium reactions), so that we can contact you about matches and offers.
• Anonymous device identifier — a random ID stored in your browser to remember your session and purchases. It is not linked to your real identity.
• Purchase records — a record of what you bought and when, for delivery, support, and accounting. Payment card, bank, and UPI details are handled entirely by our payment gateways and are never stored by us.

2. How we use information

• to operate the live map, leaderboards, and reaction features;
• to deliver and support the digital goods you purchase;
• to send you updates and offers, where you have given your email/mobile and consented (you can opt out at any time);
• to prevent abuse, fraud, and misuse; and
• to comply with legal and tax obligations.

3. Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the Platform is used, so we can improve it. Google Analytics may set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed, device type, and general region, subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We also use your browser's local storage to remember your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Payment gateways (Razorpay, PayPal) to process your purchases;
• Analytics and infrastructure providers (e.g. Google Analytics, our hosting provider) who process data on our behalf; and
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, purchase and tax records). Anonymous and aggregated data may be kept longer.

6. Your rights

7. Children

The Platform is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version, with its "Last updated" date, always appears on this page.
