These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Roarr (the "Platform"), a digital entertainment service operated by Prathamesh Enterprises, a Proprietorship registered in India (GSTIN 27AFAPT8304F1ZH), with its principal place of business at Flat No. 18, Satguru Apartment, Old Agra Road, Gokul Nagar, Thane, Maharashtra, 400601 ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Platform or making any purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. The service

Roarr is a real-time, second-screen companion for live events. It lets users react to a live event with emojis, see a live map of reactions from cities around the world, and optionally purchase digital enhancements such as premium reactions, flag waves, and city celebrations. Roarr does not stream, host, or rebroadcast any live match, television feed, or copyrighted event footage. It is a companion experience only.

2. Eligibility & accounts

The Platform can be used without creating a password-based account; a nickname and an approximate city (derived once from your IP address or, with permission, device location) are used to place you on the map. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. You are responsible for the activity that occurs from your device.

3. Digital goods & purchases

• All paid items (premium reaction packs, flag waves, city celebrations, and similar) are digital, virtual goods. They have no monetary value, are not stored value or currency, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• Prices are displayed on the Platform before purchase, in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) as applicable, and are inclusive of taxes where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price shown at the moment of purchase applies.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (Razorpay and/or PayPal). We do not receive or store your full card, bank, or UPI credentials.
• Purchased items are delivered instantly and are consumed within the live event.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit unlawful, hateful, abusive, obscene, or infringing content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform;
• use bots, scripts, or automated means to inflate reactions or evade payment; or
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

We may remove content and suspend access, without refund, where these Terms are breached.

5. Intellectual property

The Platform, its design, code, and branding are owned by Prathamesh Enterprises and are protected by applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

6. Availability & disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and live features depend on third-party data and networks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, or any purchase, is limited to the amount you paid to us in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Thane, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
