Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on Roarr, operated by Prathamesh Enterprises. Because everything sold on the Platform is a digital, virtual good that is delivered instantly and consumed within the live experience, the following terms apply.
1. Nature of the goods
Premium reactions, reaction packs, flag waves, and city celebrations are digital items with no physical component. Once a purchase is completed, the item is delivered immediately — either played on the globe in real time or credited to your session for use during the event.
2. Cancellations
As delivery is instantaneous, an order cannot be cancelled once the payment has been completed and the item delivered or credited.
3. Refunds
Digital goods that have been delivered are generally non-refundable. However, we will provide a refund or a credit in the following cases:
- Non-delivery due to a technical fault — you were charged but the item was not delivered or credited to you because of an error on our side;
- Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error; or
- Unauthorised transaction — a payment was made from your account without your authorisation, subject to verification.
4. How to request a refund
Email prathamesh.tawde30@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with:
- the payment/transaction ID from your receipt;
- the date and amount of the purchase; and
- a short description of the issue.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Once approved, the refund is initiated within 3–5 business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect it, typically 5–10 business days.
