Shipping & Delivery Policy

Roarr, operated by Prathamesh Enterprises, sells only digital, virtual goods. There is no physical product and therefore no physical shipping.

1. Digital delivery

All items — premium reactions, reaction packs, flag waves, and city celebrations — are delivered electronically and instantly upon successful payment. Depending on the item, delivery means the item is:

• played on the live globe in real time (for example, a flag wave or a celebration); or
• credited to your current session for use during the event (for example, a pack of premium reaction taps).

2. Delivery time

Delivery is immediate. In the rare event of a delay caused by a network or gateway issue, the item is delivered as soon as the payment is confirmed to us, typically within a few seconds and no later than a few minutes.

3. No shipping charges

As there is no physical shipment, no shipping, handling, or courier charges apply. The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable.

4. Delivery issues

If you were charged but did not receive your item, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy or email prathamesh.tawde30@gmail.com with your payment ID, and we will make it right.
